The work is engaging and challenging, and my gratification comes when employees feel engaged and empowered. I'm always learning something new, and the ability to be innovative, help clients improve their processes, and meet or exceed their objectives, is what keeps me loving my work. I am a wife, mom to 2 teenagers and 1 in elementary. I enjoy travelling (pre-COVID), listening to podcasts,  relaxing with aromatherapy, watching documentaries, cooking/baking with my daughter and spending time with family.

I am a tenacious Human Resources professional with solid knowledge and experience in coaching staff and operational leaders. I have led and supported human resources strategy for consumer-packaged goods, automotive parts manufacturing, and electronic manufacturing service industries. I have had roles as an HRBP, Organization Design expert, HR Generalist, and Learning & Development Specialist. As a result, I have developed a well-balanced strategic and hands-on approach. In my free time, I enjoy getting together with my family and friends. Moreover, I love grilling on the weekends.

I was born and raised in Costa Rica and pursued  Human Resources right after completing my undergrad studies, receiving a Master's in Organizational Psychology. I also completed my certification in Human Resources Management in Dublin, Ireland, and am certified by the CIPD. I've held roles in HR for over 10 years, as an analyst, generalist, and business partner.

I'm passionate about HR and helping organizations understand the importance of fulfilled and happy employees to achieve not only their personal and professional goals but the company's objectives as well. On the weekends, I'm usually spending time with my family in nature, or pursuing one of the many adventurous activities on my bucket list (such as skydiving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving).

I founded SnapHR in January of 2021, as an off-shoot of my main HR Consulting firm Tulloch Consulting.  Going from public sector corporate to the world of entrepreneurs has been tremendous - the ability to help owners scale through implementing great people practices has been so rewarding.  I'm very proud of our HR team and their commitment to providing the best in service to our clients.
